Fire Administrative Professionals Workshop

Fire Department administrative staff carry a heavy burden. Without a strong administrative staff, organizations cannot achieve their full potential and operate efficiently. The goal of this conference is to provide position-specific training and development opportunities and to help connect FIRE/EMS administrative staff members enabling them to provide the highest level of support possible.

You do not have to have a membership with TFCA to attend this course if your Fire Chief or Department has an active TFCA membership.

Registration Information

The Fire Administrative Professionals Workshop is open to all fire administrative professions who are either a member of TFCA or has a Fire Chief or Department that has an active TFCA membership. Registration includes access to 2.5 days of presentations and open discussion with those of likeminded professional, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and Breakfast Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

This class is limited to 200 attendees.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given for written requests received on or before Friday, January 4, 2025. A 50% refund will be issued for written requests received between January 5 - January 12. No refunds will be issued after January 12, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No cancellations will be taken by phone.

Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact TFCA via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitution Policy

Substitute attendees may be named prior to January 10, 2025, or during onsite registration. Notification of substitution must be submitted in writing from the original registrant to [email protected]. No substitutions will be taken by phone.
