**Inside Apparatus exhibits are subject to the approval of the weight/height of the vehicle by the convention center and are limited to one vehicle. Ladder trucks are not able to be inside the exhibit hall.

***Outside Apparatus exhibits include one vehicle.  Additional vehicles are subject to a $500 per vehicle additional charge. 

Exhibitor Details

Each 8’x10’ booth will come with a booth package that includes a table, two chairs and standard Wi-Fi. Electrical and carpet will be purchased separately.

• Monday, April 11 – 12:00 – 5:00 pm Exhibit Set Up
• Tuesday, April 12 – 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Exhibit Hours
• Wednesday, April 13 – 9:30 am – 3:15 pm Exhibit Hours
• Wednesday, April 13 – 3:15 pm – Exhibit Hall Breakdown

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected].

• 50% of total sponsorship cost before March 1, 2022
• 100% of total sponsorship cost after March 1, 2022
